Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 May 2026
These terms cover your use of the Rank NI website. They are not the contract for our services — if you become a client, we agree a separate written proposal and engagement terms for the specific work. By using this site you accept the terms below.
About this site
This website is published by Rank NI, a Belfast-based SEO, web design and Google Business Profile agency serving Northern Ireland. You can contact us at hello@rankni.co.uk. To be confirmed before launch: registered legal/company name and address.
Using the site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
- copy, scrape or republish our content for commercial use without permission;
- use the site in any way that damages it or disrupts other users.
Our content and your data
The text, design, logos and other content on this site are owned by Rank NI or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view and share links to it, but please don't reproduce it without asking first. How we handle any personal data you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy.
How our services work
We want to be straight about this up front, because it matters:
- We quote per job. There is no fixed price list. After a free audit we give you a quote for exactly the work your business needs.
- No long lock-in. Our engagements are designed so you can leave if the work isn't producing results.
- No ranking guarantees. Google decides search rankings, not us, and no honest agency can guarantee a position or a number of enquiries. We commit to tracked, honest reporting and to doing the work that genuinely helps you get found, not to a result we can't control.
- Regulated clients. For clients in regulated professions (such as clinics and accountancy practices), we build marketing designed to sit within the relevant professional body's rules, but you remain responsible for your own regulatory compliance.
Anything we publish on this site — guides, statistics and figures — is general information, not professional, legal, tax or medical advice. Where we cite external sources we link to them; please check the original source for the current position before acting.
External links
We link to other websites (for example official bodies and data sources) where it's useful. We're not responsible for the content of sites we don't control.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Northern Ireland. To be confirmed before launch alongside the registered legal entity.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they were last changed.
